Golden History Museum, Golden CO

The Golden History Center is small and it doesn't take long to go through, but it has some interesting exhibits.  The Clear Creek History Park is close by and there are several outdoor structures (one-room school house, old cabins, etc.) that my kids liked.  The chicken coop was their favorite!  During the summer, the have several summer camps that my kids would love to go kid or silent stars where they produce a silent film similar to the 1920s.

They were dying to get in the creek!  If I was smarter, I would have brought their swimsuits!
