5 Favorite Paleo Dinner Recipes

Buffalo Chicken Casserole

My daughter was convinced that there was cheese in this casserole, but I had to keep telling her over and over that there wasn’t any cheese.  But I have to admit, it did taste like it and the texture was creamy.  The whole family absolutely loved this recipe! This recipe comes from Juli Bauer’s Paleo Cookbook.

Clam Chowder

Seriously, this is the best Clam Chowder recipe! I never liked the thick broth with traditional Clam Chowder soup, but this one is much different and better for you! I used canned coconut milk in my recipe and you couldn’t taste it at all! This recipe comes from the Make it Paleo II Cookbook by Hayley Mason and Bill Staley.

Paleo Battered Fish

This was a hit with my family!  We didn’t use any kind of dipping sauce because they are full of things I can’t have but you didn’t need it, it’s full of flavor!

Slow Cooker Chicken Tikka Masala

I love Indian food, but now that rice is out of my diet I thought I would have to give it up, but I was wrong.  This recipe was really good and I love whenever I can use my slow cooker.

Skirt Steak Skewers with Cilantro Garlic Sauce

My mom brought these skirt steak skewers for an appetizer for Christmas and they were a huge hit, especially if you love meat!  So good!
